Speaking on behalf of the masculine collective, some real talk.
Women, can men speak their truth without you attacking them and feeling like you need to police it and inject something defensive and/or without feeling like you need to school them on masculine/feminine dynamics?
Are you able to keep your emotions in check and simply listen and hold that space for the masculine collective to truly express itself without gripping a “toxic masculinity” bat ready to swing?
Can you listen/read without anticipating something triggering to be said to use against him or me as you read my post?
Can you turn off the narcissist filter for a moment and feel into the pain and the voice of the [silent majority] within the masculine collective?
My post the other day about the female collective proves that women are deeply interested in what men actually have to say. I have deep respect for the women that saw the post with the correct lens and used it as a mirror to inspect themselves.
The message was specifically for men. But it was refreshing to see how receptive so many women were to it.
They want more men to speak up.
But the truth is that many within the masculine collective do not feel safe to speak their truth right now. They’re just watching and Observing. They’d rather not get involved in that mess.
The reason is because men are constantly being reminded that their masculinity is toxic. They are constantly being reminded of the sins of other abusive men both past and present. They are constantly told that the masculine collective is fallen and need to rise and catch up to the feminine. Which is an absurd thing to impose on men.
They feel as though they are forced to walk on eggshells in regards to addressing the issues women have with men. Unfortunately some men have cracked under that pressure and submitted to it. So they become emasculated and indoctrinated slaves and drones of female created and controlled masculine rhetoric.
I’ve seen this with my own eyes. Where some men have were so afraid and emasculated that they instead reverted to parroting female rhetoric just to get female validation. Like a puppy that did something their master approved of and got a treat and told “good boy”. So it creates this mental pattern of doing the same to get that validation.
They lose all self respect and attract women who are very domineering and manipulating who resent them or they don’t attract any at all because being emasculated is deeply unattractive to the majority of women.
Real masculine rising involves men stepping into their roles and even checking women if needed and not crack when she reacts.
I could go on and on but my point is that men want to rise up and many of them are. However, many women are getting in the way of that because of their own fears and because they are trying to define what it looks like and impose those ideas on men. That is out of place.

When they give birth, we will inject poisons into the blood of their children and convince them that we are helping them! We will start earlier, when their minds are young, we will target their children with what children love most, sweet things.
When their teeth decay, we will fill them with metals that will kill their minds and steal their future. When their ability to learn has been affected, we have created drugs that will make them sicker and cause them other illnesses, for which we will create even more drugs. We will make them docile and weak before us, by our power. They will grow depressed, slow and obese, and when they come to us for help, we will give them more poison.
We will focus our attention on money and material goods so that they never connect with their inner self. We will distract them with fornication, external pleasures and video games, so that they are never one with the unity of all. Their minds will belong to us, and they will do as we say. If they refuse, we will find ways to implement technology that alters the mind in their lives.
We will use fear as our weapon. We will establish their governments and we will establish opposition within them. We will own both sides. We will always hide our goal, but we will continue our plan. They will do the work for us, and we will prosper from their toil.
Our families will never mix with theirs. Our blood must be pure (because it is). We will make them kill each other when they oppose us.
We will keep them separate from unity through dogma and religion. We will control all aspects of their lives and tell them what to think and how. We will guide them kindly and let them believe that they are guiding themselves.
We will instigate animosity among them through our factions. When a light shines among them, we will extinguish it by mockery or death, which suits us best. We will make them tear their hearts apart and kill their own children. We will accomplish this using hatred as our ally, anger as our friend. Hatred will completely blind them and they will never see that in their conflicts we will be their leaders.
They will be busy killing each other. They will bathe in their own blood and kill their neighbors, as long as we see that they are against us.
We will benefit greatly from this, for they will not see us, for they cannot see us. We will continue to prosper from their wars and their deaths. We will repeat this until our ultimate goal is achieved. We will continue to make them live in fear and anger, we will give them images and sounds. We will use all the tools we have to achieve this. The tools will be provided by their work. We will make them hate themselves and their neighbors.
We will always hide the divine truth from them, that we are all one. That he must never know! They must never know that color is an illusion, they must always believe that they are not equal. Drop by drop, drop by drop we will advance our goal. We will take over their lands, resources and wealth to exercise control over them. We will trick them into accepting laws that will steal the little freedom they have. We will set up a money system that will shut them down forever, keeping them and their children in debt.
When we ban them together, we will accuse them of murder and present a different story to the world because we will own all the media. We will use the media to control the flow of information and their feelings in our favor. When they rise up against us, we will crush them like insects, because they are less than that. They will be helpless to do anything about it.

1.) They told you fluoride was for your teeth. It’s actually a neurotoxin linked to cognitive and neurological issues. ie: Alzheimer’s.
2.) They told you 9/11 was orchestrated by cave dwelling, box cutter wielding Muslims. It was actually an inside job perpetrated by greedy elitists that has created 16 yrs of war profiteering and counting.
3.) They told you vaccines create immunity. That’s false, they cause inflammation in the brain sometimes damage even death. They destroy gut health which ultimately destroys the immune system with known toxic ingredients leading to neurological problems and pharmaceutical customers for life.
4.) They told you operations in the Middle East are about freedom and democracy. That is a lie. They are about global domination and control of other countries resources while pushing the one world order agenda far and wide.
5.) They told you medications fix depression and other ailments. Actually they have more side effects than you can list and create a toxic storm within your body that furthers a diseased state. Poisoned and depleted, period.
6.) They told you the sun causes cancer. In truth the sun protects you from cancer and toxic sunscreens create more cancer than the sun ever has. Sun burning is not good, so you spend your time outside mindfully with natural support.
7.) They told you mammograms prevent breast cancer. False…mammograms expose you to radiation then causes cancer. Private medicine has made huge headway, non invasive, safe and quality of life. No cure. Fix terrain, correct cellular health and environment, remission to maintenance thereafter.
8.) They told you the media reports the “news.” In reality they report propaganda and create false fear for our tyrannical government. The media is owned by 5 people on this planet.
9.) They told you GMO’s are safe and would save the world from hunger. Actually GMO’s cause cancer and other disease. Glyphosate, the main ingredient in roundup is classified as a cancer causing agent. We see roundup sold everywhere.
10.) They told you it’s your duty to pay taxes. In truth taxation is and always has been theft.
11.) They told you that by being good at repeating and memorizing in school meant you were really smart. That is false and turns children into drones, robots, and obedient slaves.
12.) They told you your vote matters. Another lie they sell people to make them believe in “democracy.” Elections are controlled and the easiest way to convince slaves they are free.
13.) They told you terminating an unborn infant’s life is a “choice.” It’s actually murder tied to ancient rituals of child sacrifice.
14.) They told you circumcision is about reducing infections. Its actually mutilation also tied to ancient rituals. All part of their design to make you believe you are born faulty.
15.) They told you donating your money to disease charities will create cures that never cure. This is a con job that just funnels your money to elite people at the top of the pyramid. They already have many healing methods they are just withholding them. Knowing this will expose the true meaning of disease, this affects their guidelines and rules regulations we are told to live by and their governance and allowances.
16.) They tell you to drink just don’t drive. Their message is about you being a sedated slave just not a dead one.
17.) They told you genetics determine if you become diseased. This is another fabrication to make you believe you are faulty and not it control of your health. Genetics is knowing how your body works to fix it. Period.
18.) They tell you Chemotherapy is effective against cancer. The truth is chemo has killed more people than cancer ever will. Life expectancy is cursed.
19.) They told you pasteurized milk builds strong bones. Another lie designed to keep you in an acidic inflammatory state of ‘health’ leading to osteopenia.
20.) They told you Doctors make people healthy. Perhaps the greatest lie we are ever told is that people who can’t make anyone healthy is who we should see when we are sick.

Keyboard Warriors Mentality: a Psychonautic View
Are keyboard warriors improving the world? Or are they just sabotaging true messages & issues, and adding to the systemic dis-eases that the boots on the ground and the strategists behind them are trying to solve?

A few years ago, I said that I feared all of my psychonautic work had opened my mind TOO MUCH. That already being so disconnected from the world by existing in a population of humans where I am one of less than 2% of the people on the planet with the same or higher IQ, consistently being thirsty for and pursuing greater knowledge, and adding that much psychonautic work was damaging to my psyche.
The truth is worse than that, however. It is not my IQ, knowledge, and psychonautic work that is the problem. It is the systemic oppression that exists that puts me in such a rare situation. It was a finger pointing to the moon. I didn’t damage myself and I am not damaged. Our system is.
Yet, it is making this world more and more challenging to exist in without entirely insulating myself and avoiding interactions with other humans. Truly, I haven’t ruled out the possibility of ending up like Howard Hughes (with green juice instead of milk). Those who love me should just hope that my beloved outlives me to prevent this from happening.
What has made the past few months so torturous is just how many people are screaming about the fingers that are actually pointing to the moon, and acting like dogs barking at leaves falling from trees… and they just don’t understand. It’s happening in so many ways. So many.
I will give credit to the #BlackLivesMatter movement for at least addressing the whole systemic issue, as well as RepresentUs. Of all of the movements I’m familiar with at this time, those are the two off the top of my head that I can think of that are legitimate and diving to the roots of the issues. This is why, in addition to my agreement with their causes, that I support them.
What I’m having a hard time with right now is the rest of it. The fact that people are creating social media storms out of hashtags that aren’t addressing the issues. They’re empowering undereducated and irrational minds to believe that their keyboard warrior mentality is valid when it’s most often just sabotaging the true messages, issues, and adding to the systemic dis-eases that the boots on the ground and the strategists behind them are trying to solve. Those are the ones screaming at the fingers and barking at the leaves.
So, let me say a few things for those who think they are righteous and are actually causing MORE harm. Your noise does nothing. Your words are useless. You’re not a vigilante, nor should you attempt to be one in a physical sense. At best, you’re virtue signaling and the levels of general cognitive dissonance you display when confronted with actual facts are resulting in epic displays of Dunning-Kruger and simply outing the levels of ignorance and hypocrisy you live and breathe. You are physical manifestations of existential incongruences that are destroying the world… I’m not saying this figuratively… I mean it QUITE literally.
And, as a wise woman in the jungle said to me one time while I was going through a massive awakening, “I’m not even angry with you. I’m angry with the people who lied to you and the ones that did not teach you right.”
But, I still wish most of you would shut the fuck up, get off social media, and start reading books. Non-fiction books and academic pieces. Ones that teach you how to identify fact from manipulated fiction. What an ARG is. What science is and isn’t. The history of fascism and dictators on our planet. The history of colonialism, slavery, and what flags actually mean.
Authors that explain what true political corruption is and how to see it on the surface. Ones that teach you about the most common tactics used to deceive and control the masses. Ones that will help you understand why you berating others for being ‘sheeple’ and ‘pedo protectors’ or ‘reverse racists’ actually shows how you are – in fact – the sheeple that have been manipulated, poisoned, and programmed as a psyop that sabotages the real causes that will bring true peace and true justice to the world. The ones that the tech industry refers to as ‘persuadables’ because your minds are so easy to mold into whatever they want it to be.
I wish you would study philosophy and the history of the religions you claim to be a part of. Learn to become scholars of the things you say you believe in. Do exercises and play games that build your logic, ration, and reason in greater ways. Learn how to read statistics and medical reports, and figure out the difference between a peer-reviewed and fake paper.
I wish you would study the actual facts of the issues you THINK you’re fighting, but you’re actually supporting. The ones that make you look like an idiot when you talk about them because you have it all wrong.
I wish the conspiritualitists of the world would step back from the keyboards and phones, breathe, and do the real work that will educate, inform, enlighten, and inspire them to remember what the true battle is and get back on our team, instead of creating more reversion in the world that supports fascism, racism, environmental destruction, mass loss of human lives, the degradation of our education system, the furtherance of colonialisation and harm against BIPOC, modern-day crusades, furthers duality, crimes against humanity, and is destroying so many sacred things.
But, again… I can’t blame you for being the victim of a declining ‘education’ system that failed you, a digital world that brainwashes you, world leaders that lie to you, shady ‘doctors’ that care more about their popularity than people’s health, corrupt corporations and the politicians that they puppeteer, and for hundreds of years of devastating efforts to further the idea of white supremacy and western power.
I can blame you for your wilful ignorance and refusal to become a better human. I can blame you for not getting your mental health in line, educating yourself now, and taking responsibility for what you say and do in the world as it is burning down in more ways than I care to list right now. I can blame you for the harm you continue to cause others in spite of knowing better. I can blame you for propagating unrighteous hate and spreading your programmed anger out into the ethers… and if you’re really afraid of what AI will do to humanity… maybe you should think about how much it’s learning about each of us RIGHT NOW.
The likelihood of you even having the ability to actually comprehend this post, let alone the attention span to complete it, is low… and to some this will sound insulting, but it is just another sad fact that pains me… yet, maybe… just maybe… someday I will learn how to laugh at all of you screaming at fingers and barking at leaves, and drown out the sound of your collective madness.

Billionaires & The Inequality Of Wealth
The inequality of wealth and billionaires can be a sore subject when discussed extensively. Where there are billionaires, there appears to be a huge wealth gap. And very strong opinions. Wealth inequality seems to always be present in every country and region. Some studies have arrived at the conclusion that wealth inequality affects health and social problems. Do billionaires have something to do with this?
In a recent tweet by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez stated “Billionaires need the working class. The working class does not need billionaires” which created a debate on whether billionaires help the working class or with the economy at all.
Comments and views of this statement can be seen as follows:
One argument is that big businesses employ people. Here big businesses are thought to mean billionaires. These people pay taxes that fill up the coffers that are then used for the collective’s universal health care. Then again, more businesses are owned by the middle class, those who have barely enough after working hard and saving a few. Hardly millionaires and definitely not in the billionaire league. But to say they are not backed directly or indirectly with banks or lending companies (which could be owned by billionaires) is anyone’s guess. Rich people (billionaires) have businesses that are able to cut out other competition who have less capital and funnel the money (profits) to themselves. Billionaires are compared to masters with the working class as their slaves paid with very meager salaries. It’s the greedy rich that keep poor people poor.
On the other hand, do these billionaires pay their correct taxes? Pretty sure that a number of them do. Still there are claims that these billionaires and their businesses find ways to elude paying adequate taxes. Even cops and lawyers series show episodes of how they are able to lessen and bypass paying huge taxes. As to whether by legal or illegal means, that is for the authorities to determine. Most of the wealth accumulated are said to be stored to offshore banks where they cannot be taxed.
A majority thinks that billionaires exist because of the poor. Except for the likes of Oprah who built an empire from scratch, it would seem most billionaires who came from less than dirt-poor are included in this tirade. To think that billionaires are created because of people poorer than these billionaires will not be off the mark.
One points out consumerism as being the cause of how billionaires get money from the middle class to living from paycheck-to-paycheck. People who buy computers and furniture or affords to buy them. The same middle class that hires people and manages to pay their workers decent living wages. Some economic studies have shown the large gap between actual luxury goods purchased and the number of upper to middle class that can afford these products. These consumers are able to buy these through saving up or paying with their credit cards. There is a school of thought that points out a billionaires mindset where people who belong to this borrow to create an asset instead of borrowing so they can spend on the latest gadget.
To say billionaires stop working and innovating after becoming one is imprudent. Well-known founders-turned-billionaires generated their ideas and worked harder than most to be rich.
Ironically enough, these arguments from her statement could have been typed from a smartphone and launched on platforms like Twitter and Facebook, owned by billionaires.
Eye-Gazing, Meditation & Altered State of Consciousness in Sydney

Thought I’d get this down while it was still in my mind. After all.
I haven’t thought of this for years.
Back in the early 1980s I was living in a large, 6-bedroom, share house in Gordon. It was an awesome party house – split level, with sunken lounge and entertaining area, out in the backyard there was a timber bridge over a creek to access the very private pool.
Pretty much the early-20s experience of partying with lots of illicit substances and alcohol. With 5-6 of us living there, the parties were always successful, due to the incredible range of people who’d show up.
Yet. Even while living in this hedonistic household, I still had curiosity towards exploring spirituality…
This led me, to turning up for an intro evening in Chatswood for something, if memory serves me, was called ‘Raja Yoga’.
Having no idea what to expect, I knocked on the front door of this house. At the front of my mind was a deadline of 75 minutes, as I was to be picked up to go to see Stevie Ray Vaughn and his brother, in concert.
The door opened.
I looked up the three steps to see who opened the door and saw standing before me, a skinny man, with a shaven head, dressed in a white, shin length, tunic.
The really strange thing that struck me, he was completely devoid of any personality.
It felt like there was nothing to him. It was the most bizarre experience.
Followed him down a corridor, to a room with seven people in it, sitting silently, if somewhat impatiently.
Nothing was happening – for nearly 10 minutes.
Another male, with the same appearance as the one who opened the front-door. Walked in and sat down in the central seat and began, what I would later call a ‘hypnotic talk’.
I was bored as fuck – couldn’t believe I’d locked myself into this room. ‘God, How do I get out of this?’ ‘This is a mistake’
The ‘talk’ was devoid of emotion, passion, connotation and any human inflection. A very real, rhythmic droning.
There was a feeling of restlessness in the room, which was somewhat alleviated by a meditation we were guided through.
In the post meditation, hypnotic talk induced trance state, we were in, the leader then stated he wanted each of us to stare at the candle flame in the centre of the group.
He will then take a few minutes looking into each of our eyes, and that when it came to our turn, could we each do the meditation practice to the best of our ability and just stare gently into his eyes.
‘WTF is this about?’ I said emphatically to myself. You could say I was more than a little skeptical.
Each person’s demeanor seemed to change after the eye gazing experience with the leader.
He finished with the woman sitting next to me and then ‘Oh well. Here we go’ it was my turn.
With a moments gazing into this man’s eyes, ‘Fuck me!’ ‘What is happening to me?’
Suddenly ‘I’ am thrust backwards, through and deep into my skull.
Where ‘I’, am observing this fellow, from the end of long, narrow, dark tunnel, seemingly, some distance behind where my body is sitting!
Mind is completely shattered and overwhelmed by this experience, which I have no reference points for.
In a silent daze, we all file out of the room, out the front door, and back into our lives.
I’m in an altered state of consciousness and the only reference point I have is some of drug experiences in my recent past. Yet, this is much cleaner and clearer.
I am myself, yet I’m not myself. Blissed out. Dazed yet present. A completely new experience.
In this new state. I’m then off to the Stevie Ray Vaughn gig, with my house mate. Which was absolutely amazing and I dare say.
Made much better due to this new state, I was in.
Is Covid-19 Worse Than The Flu?
Is Covid worse than the flu? People keep posting memes and comments that Covid-19 is no worse than the flu, or there’s less than 1% chance of death from it, or some variation thereof.
Oh I wish such ideas were true! To even consider such notions is to be ignoring *all the available evidence* to the contrary.
For example it ignores the huge impact all the hygiene, masks, distancing and movement restrictions have had; it ignores the impact of rapid response contact tracing efforts; it ignores the impact of freely and readily available testing for anyone concerned, symptomatic or in high risk situations; and it ignores the impact of some of the best free medical care in the world (here in Melbourne Australia).
It also ignores the simple math involved.

All of those containment efforts have kept the infection rate in the population so incredibly low (Melbourne has one of the best results of all modern industrialised Western cities of comparable size).
Of the infected, it has meant that the large % of patients in Victoria that have needed intensive care (ICU beds, ventilators, health care staff to treat them etc) were able to get treated and be given the best chance of avoiding death (currently about 9% of all current cases in Victoria are requiring hospitalisation: https://www.health.gov.au/…/coronaviru…/covid-19-in-victoria).
Increase the number of infection cases and you steadily increase the total number of people needing hospitalisation… and that rapidly exceeds available hospital beds, and the death rate starts climbing. In the USA, where this is arguably happening, the case-fatality-rate is sitting around 5% (https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/country/us/).
For comparison the influenza in Australia usually has an average case-fatality-rate of 0.35% (avg of 2014-2018: slide 17: https://www.immunisationcoalition.org.au/…/1-Barr-ASM-2020-…).
The situation as of 28th August 2020 is that Victoria (https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus) had recorded 18,714 cases and 485 deaths = a case-fatality-rate of 2.59%. Australia wide it was 25,322 cases and 572 deaths for a national case-fatality-rate of 2.25%.
These seem like small numbers, being percentages. And there are lots of details on data collection that make direct comparisons difficult between countries. But even so, taking the lower figure of only a 2.25% national case-fatality-rate and you’re talking over 6 times the deaths compared to the flu. And this is AFTER all of the extraordinary measures taken to contain it and to treat it.
Without the containment measures taken, the reproduction rate for covid-19 is exponential: meaning it spreads so rapidly that you would quickly get the majority of the population infected. So with Australia’s population of approx 25 million, assuming some avoid it, some get hospital treatment, and lets be even more conservative on the case-fatality-rate and therefore assume only 2%… we’re talking about 500,000 dead within 6 months to a year.
That’s considerably more than a few hundred or a couple of thousand MAXIMUM deaths annually due to all variations of the flu.
And if let to run wild through the whole population we’d quickly overwhelm the hospital system and see far higher case-fatality-rates in those unable to get intensive medical care…. it could easily be like in the USA with a 5% case-fatality-rate which would result in 1.25 Million people dead within a year.
For comparison Australia usually sees about 160,000 deaths from ALL causes annually.
And remember that covid-19 is having a similar age distribution in cases and deaths as does the seasonal flu. So we can’t dismiss Covid-19 as being unfairly over-reported in elderly comorbidity: it is comparable to the flu in that regard.
And despite our best intentions and efforts, working to boost our immune system through natural means – while great to do, and might help us recover – it will not stop us getting infected and passing it on to others: this is a novel virus, and NONE of us have immunity, no matter what our age or fitness or immune system health.
All of this is well before even considering the increasing evidence of horrendous multi-organ damage and ongoing health care issues for some who supposedly ‘recover’ AND that it is still highly debated if long term immunity is granted post recovery.
So this is a hell of a lot worse than any flu.
And this is NOT simply a matter of belief, keeping your vibe high, boosting your immune system, or being lied to by mainstream media etc. If you ignore the facts you simply can’t comprehend what’s going on: you’re out of touch with the reality of the situation, and you therefore can’t make informed decisions about your own health and safety – and your impact on other’s health and safety – let alone form an educated opinion about our government’s actions.
Luckily in Victoria and Australia generally the people responsible for caring for us do understand the issues, and you have been kept safe because of their actions, whether you understand or appreciate it or not.
I genuinely hope you all stay safe long enough to comprehend the reality of the maths directly involves you and your loved one’s lives. This is not a matter of being controlled through fear, but of confronting something very real and scary and responding from an empowered place of grounded reasoned knowledge.
Finally, I pray, that people stop uncritically consuming and spreading false information that can lead people to decisions that needlessly increase suffering and death: not just for them but for our community.
Ayahuasca Benefits, Risks & Dangers: Psychosis & Even Death
Some years ago a few of my good friends got into Ayahuasca. If you are planning to try, have tried or are an advocate – I highly recommend watching this short netflix (un)well episode about both the benefits and risks involved.
When people all around me started getting into Ayahuasca, I knew it wasn’t for me. Amongst my circle of friends it was being touted as the super “non-addictive medicine” that’s safe for everyone to use. I felt this was misleading and potentially negligent, especially when expressed by people who have influence over others. I tried to challenge them to be safe and transparent about the potential harmful consequences.
There are many practices/substances that can be potentially safe in the right setting, supervision and administered to the right person – but can also be equally disastrous. As we know one person’s medicine can be another’s poison. Penicillin can save lives but for someone like me who is allergic, it can kill.
Any psychedelic substance or drug (this goes for pharmaceuticals as well) can have very harmful effects and there is no way of assuring something is safe for all. Ayahuasca is no exception. It can induce psychosis and create a lethal cocktail for people with certain pre-existing mental and health conditions and for those who are already taking certain types of prescription medications.
Watching this episode from the Netflix doco (un)well affirmed my intuition about the potential dangers. There are many practices which are taken out of the context of their traditional setting, altered from their original format and abused which can lead to needless harm.
Interestingly , according to this doco Ayahuasca was traditionally only for the shamans use. The medicine women/men would enter into altered states of consciousness and then sing songs / incantations to help heal their patients. But the foreigners who came weren’t happy with just being sung to 🤷and wanted to take the drink themselves…I’d be quite happy just being sung to but I have a strong bias to the healing power of sound !!!😀

Pornhub is generating millions in advertising and membership revenue with 42 billion visits and 6 million videos uploaded per year. Yet it has no system in place to verify reliably the age or consent of those featured in the pornographic content it hosts and profits from.
One of the most-searched terms on Pornhub is “teen” pornography, in fact, it has been a top ten search term on the site for six consecutive years. The search will result in videos that are constantly being added faster than any individual could watch them. Many feature girls who look 13 years old at best — girls with braces, pigtails, flat chests, no makeup, extremely young faces, holding teddy bears and licking lollipops, all while being aggressively penetrated. A quick search for the word “teen” turns up titles such as “Young Girl Tricked,” “Innocent Brace Faced Tiny Teen F—ed,” “Tiny Petite Thai Teen,” “Teen Little Girl First Time,” on and on ad infinitum.

Conspiracy Theorists: Thinking And Processes
*The thinking and process of a Conspiracy Theorist*
Also known as ‘spiritual bypassing’ and denial brought about by too much unresolved childhood trauma and/or PTSD‘
What most conspiracy theorists completely lack is an ability to DISCERN and take a balanced viewpoint after reviewing all of the un-agendered FACTS vs blindly believing whatever it is that supports their (trauma based) personal beliefs and worldview that the whole world is out to get them.
I have never seen more anger, denial, cognitive dissonance judgement or name calling in my life than I have seen within and from the so called TRUTHER and SPIRITUAL communities.
This is because they exist in constant survival mode. It’s a persistent state of trigger response to the apparent threat that the government, the illuminati, the freemasons, the reptilians, the weather manipulators, the scientists, the entire medical industry, Bill Gates and George Soros are all out to get them.
This constant survival state is as a result of not being nurtured, understood, soothed or protected when they should have been as a young child.
Now this does not necessarily mean that they endured years of neglect and abuse, it literally only has to happen ONE time during their formative years.
And before you rebutt, please know that I existed in both of the conspiracy theorist and the spiritual communities and I identified as a truther myself for OVER 20 YEARS, so I intimately know the thinking and the unresolved trauma that keeps us there, first hand.
Then I found an AMAZING therapist and started dealing with my shadow, my REAL shadow –
My unresolved childhood pain and trauma and all the denial, anger, bitterness, avoidance and all the other bullshit that I was party to, like constantly hanging out in the safety of Ubud or Byron Bay or other so called intentional communities, wearing yoga pants 24/7 and doing ecstatic dance cacao ceremonies and mistakenly calling it shadow work.
I have also stopped spending my whole day on social media reading and believing in and peddling unfounded conspiracy theory nonsense and watching videos by Pete Evans and Alex Jones on YouTube and calling it ‘research’. (Not that I EVER believed anything Pete Evans had to say.)
Conspiracy theories are often worth investigating (unless it’s Flat Earth Theory, because let’s face it, the science is out on that one folks) because SOME truth can be found there.
But blind faith in your chosen guru(s) and in your own inflated ego and self importance makes you just as bad as, if not worse than any Trump supporting MAGA redneck denialist out there.
So, prepare to be called out if you peddle absolute bullshit and call it THE truth.
I should know, I did it for years.
And some of us have just had enough of it. 🙏
Uncomfortable Thoughts
I’ve been having some uncomfortable thoughts.
Is it ethical to take money from a corrupt government? Does that signify complicity, if i have the ability to NOT? Is it ethical to vote? I plan to, though historically I have struggled with whether participation in any form is a waste of my energy.
It’s also abundantly clear that the current administration is incapable of telling anything close to the truth.
Is America going to look like Mad Max in a couple years?
How long is it going to take to create a society that is anywhere close to ethical?
How do we even begin to solve humanity’s crisis of humanity? Thus far my approach has been indirect. Cultivate spaces where love and acceptance are normal so that it can radiate outward.
And yet it is abundantly clear to me that these efforts may take generations to bear fruit.
Is it even ethical to take advantage of my ability to leave? Or do I have a responsibility in some way to stick it out and do *something* to make it better?
Mexico experienced 35,000 murders last year from cartel violence. This year may be worse.
China is set to become (if it is not already) the world’s next superpower, yet its human rights record (especially with regard to personal freedom) is atrocious.
Do I find a safe place to wait it all out? Or do I put myself more in the thick of it?
Be the change, they say.
I used to be certain about the change I wanted to make. About some things I am certain. The bigger things. Cultivating equity, deep listening, forgiveness, restoration.
Yet about which actions will lead to that I am no longer certain. Certainty is a comfortable feeling, and it’s tempting to retreat into that space, to control your input.
What I am feeling is that I must (and I believe all of us) learn to exist within uncertainty. To cultivate humility, to act with decisiveness, and yet to remain open to new information. To not remove myself entirely from the challenges of our world, and yet to find a place within it where I may create incremental shifts.
I used to want to burn it all down. Turns out that my contribution wasn’t even needed for that to happen. Where I used to believe I needed to think bigger, I now believe that it is of greater service to think smaller. Cultivate fewer relationships, but more impactful ones. Make less noise and take more meaningful action.
Clean up messes instead of expanding impact.
To leave an enduring legacy of love, because change and disruption is already upon us.

I just saw someone having an argument with a normie, and the normie said, “I know masks and social distancing are inconvenient, but so what? If it saves lives, it’s worth it!”
Well, let’s follow that school of thought through to its logical conclusion (indulging the normie for a moment and pretending there is any evidence whatsoever that muzzles and Satanic distancing do save lives).
There is a 100% certainty that banning everyone from driving would save lives.
There is a 100% certainty that banning alcohol consumption would save lives.
There is 100% certainty that banning all contact and extreme sports would save lives.
So where exactly would you like to draw the line? Do you believe that the primary purpose of life is extending it as long as possible, at ALL costs?
It isn’t. One of the secrets to a successful and fulfilled life is mastering the art of CALCULATED RISK. If you always play it safe, if you never take a chance, if you always prioritise security and safety over adventure and gamble, guess where you’re going to get in life?
Exactly nowhere.
Oh, you might remain alive, alright, insofar as your heart beats and your lungs respire (albeit they’re struggling a bit in your muzzle), but what exactly is the point of that? You do realise you’re going to die sometime, right? Is your aim just to keep your animated carcass going in front of Netflix as long as you can, then sliding gratefully into your grave at 98, sighing, “ah well, I might never have enjoyed my life or achieved anything of note… But at least I never got corona virus!!!”
Life is risk. Everything, including the most banal of activities, have an element of risk – do you know how many people die every year slipping in the bath or choking on a sandwich? You can’t mitigate against that; you can’t refuse to live your life because there’s always a theoretical possibility something you do might kill you. If you attempt to, you’re trying to deny the debt of death by avoiding the loan of life, and it’s impossible, and what’s more, immoral. You have been given the miraculous gift of life, and you can’t return it for a credit note to spend in another store.
I mean, let’s say I actually believed there was a Deadly Killer Plague flying around in the air waiting to pounce on me if I walked the wrong way down a supermarket aisle or moved a chair in a pub. Do you think I’d be cowering in my home obsessively sanitising the cat (‘cos the telly said they can give you the ‘rona!), giving up on everything and everyone that gives my life joy and meaning? Of course not! I would go out; I would take my chances, knowing that illness is more to do with the state of your bodily terrain than eeeeeeevil plagues that allegedly float around in the air, and if I get sick, it’s far more likely to be do to with unhealthy choices I’ve made, than the fact some random stranger in the veg aisle isn’t wearing a grubby bandanna around their nose.
You normies might think that’s wild and reckless, but let me ask you – do you drink alcohol? Do you drive? Do you smoke? Do you eat junk food? Are you overweight? T2 diabetic? High blood pressure? All these things – choices you made or that resulted from choices you made – are RISKY, and in reality, far more of a threat to your health than a cold virus which has never actually been isolated or proven to cause the ever-increasing array of symptoms (hiccoughs and hair loss now!) that are accredited to it.
Check out the stats about what’s crippling the NHS – viruses? Or diabetes and other lifestyle-related diseases?
I’m all for education to help people make better choices. But I’m not for forcing anyone to do anything, nor for eliminating risk, because that’s both impossible and undesirable.
Every person has to be free to make a cost-benefit analysis for everything they do, because ultimately, that’s what life is. It’s calculated risk. It is completely impossible to eliminate risk altogether, and why would you want to – frankly, if that’s what you want, you may as well kill yourself now, as that is the only way to ensure there is no longer any risk to your person.
Can I guarantee if you take your muzzle off and give your Aunty Pat a hug you won’t die? No. But I can guarantee that if you don’t start doing these things and all the other things that give your life joy and meaning, you’re as good as dead already.

This exists in a minor form but the majority of schools do not have meditation as a regular practice. We are building a team to help make it a daily practice
7. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT IN SCHOOLS.
I managed to increase the recycling in one school by 52%, saved them $5,000 p.a. Won a $15,000 environmental grant and organised to form their first-ever environmental committee made up of teachers and students. Imagine if we could roll this out on a mass scale.
8. TEN PRINCIPLES OF HEALING
Nathalie Paul and I will be sharing our stories of how we overcame incurable disease and increased our immune systems. For anyone that would like to learn and be inspired in this area our next presentation is on 4th September in Darlinghurst.

This does not in any way excuse the despicable behaviour of the poloiticians found guilty of all manner of paedophilia, however it does cast a long shadow on the integrity of every single person who shared this post dressed up as “hot off the presses Ghislaine Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein news”.
I, we, really loathe disinformation in a terrible time where most of us are massively struggling to find the truth out about virtually everything posted on social media. Deception is, in our eyes, a crime.
To have thousands of Australians now believing that there are 300,000 children imprisoned by paedophiles under Melbourne alone, shows just how insane our world is becoming. To have them then state that Covid-19 is a hoax specifically set up so we’re all in our homes so Donald Trump can personally fly into Melbourne with his thousands of specially trained anti-paedophile soldiers to free the half-human half-pig-DNA children from their underground lairs, is just so fantastical as to be nauseating. As many of you will no doubt be aware, I was DEEP down the conspiracy theory rabbit hole for over 20 years.
Not only was I deep down that hole, but I also was a very big part of the so called spiritual community.
What do these things 2 have in common you might ask?
The answer is Trauma. Lots of it.
What we are experiencing in the world right now is less of an abundance of suddenly ‘woke’ people, and more a gradual increase in the abundance of traumatised, anxious, depressed and mentally ill people as a result of generations of disconnection, misinformation and now addiction to screens and social media.
Almost EVERY single person I know or came into contact with who is a member of either the spiritual or the conspiracy theory communities is carrying some deep, unresolved hurt and childhood trauma that their wounded egos are too proud to admit or allow them to do anything about.
These communities are safe places and fertile breeding grounds for dysfunction to thrive and grow within the bubble of like minded, or traumatised people.
It’s known as Trauma Bonding and it’s a very real and prevalent condition that all of us experience in our lives to some degree.
The belief and narrative that the whole world is corrupt and out to get us is very strong, ever present and constantly being fed into and reinforced, such that even medical professionals, scientists, school teachers and pilots are all apparently in on the big Bill Gates conspiracy to take over the world via vaccines, microchips and weather manipulation, just to name a few.
This persistent way of thinking and reinforcing completely disables the individuals ability for balanced opinions, rational thought and individual thinking.
These people suffer from a form of delusion, paranoia and extreme cognitive dissonance, the very thing they accuse everyone else of.
They are in fact the SHEEPLE, ever bit as much as, if not more than those who they so boldly claim are unable to think for themselves.
This is in fact a very real form of mental illness brought about by deep, unresolved trauma and it should be treated as such when dealing with these people in your friendship groups, families and the broader community.
I know this better than anyone because I myself long suffered this delusion, and it wasn’t until I stumbled upon and started studying trauma therapy as a professional and personal pursuit, that I began to understand what drove me to these communities and often nonsense beliefs.
Now that I have regular trauma therapy I can much better discern what is real and what is not, because I’m no longer just parroting a belief or narrative to stay within the safety and membership of the spiritual or conspiracy theory communities, in fact since I started actually thinking for myself, my so called friends have all but completely rejected me, and I them.
I have suspended my belief of the big bad agenda to enslave all of humanity and I now look at each individual occurrence objectively and rationally, following the science and common sense over wild accusations and theories from mentally ill people who graduated from YouTube University.
Now this does not mean that I immediately dismiss any and all conspiracy theories. In fact over the years many of them have been proven to have at least some, if not a lot of truth to them.
However, what I have experienced over a long period of time and observation is that the far greater majority of them do not, and my belief is that they are being deliberately drip fed into the community to create division, confusion and to discredit the people and the occurrences that are actually truthful so that we never really know what is going on, or so that is very hard to do so at the very least.
I think it is always important to look fully at both sides of any situation before making one’s mind up, but to do so properly we MUST be completely impartial to either side before diving in and looking at ALL the actual evidence objectively.
Yes, bad things definitely happen and bad people and agendas definitely exist, especially within our government, police, military and big industry, and these people and organisations are extremely opportunistic and often corrupted. They will absolutely seize any and every crisis as an opportunity to amass more power and wealth and SOMETIMES, they are even guilty of creating or perpetuating them for personal gain.
BUT,
This does not mean that every single thing that ever happens is a part of some big conspiracy agenda.
Some absolutely is, but most is not.
The flat earth theory is where both the spiritual and conspiracy theory communities completely lost me.
At that point I knew they were just completely and utterly having a lend of us, so I started to seriously question my own mental health and all of the nonsense preceding it that I had been a party to.
And what do you know?
It turns out I had heaps of unresolved childhood trauma and severe anxiety, depression and mental illness that once I addressed, enabled me to truly think for myself without being driven solely by my pain, my need to belong and a belief that the whole world is out to get me.

Premier Dan Andrews has visited China a number of times over the last few years. The severe lockdowns being imposed in Melbourne at the moment are looking more and more like a communistic totalitarian approach every day. Is this just a coincidence? I personally don’t believe there’s any such thing as a coincidence, he is also taking a dictatorial role not only with the good people of Victoria but with his own cabinet at the moment which clearly signifies a move away from true democracy, or last remaining remnants thereof.
If you are not familiar with the Communist Party of China, and it’s history, you may wish to look into that, it is one of violence and oppression and control of the people. It is founded on Marxist principles of totalitarian top down control, a dictatorship essentially, a lot of censorship and limited freedoms. There are currently concentration camps in the far west of China where there are imprisoned estimates of up to 3 million Uiger nationals, an ethnic minority group from that area that China had taken over, what goes on there of course is not well known about because there is not really a freedom of press in China, it is kept very secret, no doubt with good reason as they probably don’t want the rest of the world at least to know about it.

Alarm bells should be ringing loud and clear for everyone by now. Personally, I don’t think Dan Andrews is going to get away this but it doesn’t look like ScoMo is doing anything about it at the moment, not surprisingly, so perhaps it is really up to us, the people of this country to stand up and start making some noise about this, it’s our country, not theirs. Dan Andrews does not have any right to sell our country to China unless we say it’s ok. If we don’t say anything … ??? So, I understand it is a difficult time for everyone at the moment, especially all those in Victoria just now but no doubt if dictator Dan is successful there with their plans (there must be of course many others involved, he is a front man), then it is just a matter of time before we see the same thing happening in other states. We are many and they are few, this country is for all of us, not just for them to decide.
Where do we go from here ? We each have to decide that for ourselves, no should’s or shouldn’ts, no right or wrong but there are always consequences to our actions, or in this case perhaps, non actions. I believe in non violent civil disobedience, non aquiescence to completely disrespectful and harmful demands such as these lockdowns, I am on the fence about going out and protesting and pushing against, however if organised well and peacefully I think it can be very powerful as we have seen in Germany and UK recently, tread carefully there friends if you are going to do it but I would say don’t be afraid either. I personally feel to stand up and not take this lying down, and I encourage everyone to do the same if you feel to, and share your voice, it will make a difference. Have courage to go beyond any fear of what others may think of you or of what may happen, feel into your heart, your body and your mind and do what feels best for you, I would say it’s most important at this point that we stop making decisions from outside authority, and learn to trust ourselves, again, fully, be empowered.

🚔 $200 fine for no mask (mandatory masks at all times).
🚔 Can only exercise once per day, for up to 1 hour.
🚔 Only one person per household, per day can leave the house (including for groceries).
🚔 Can’t go more than 3 miles from your home.
🚔 Weddings are illegal.
🚔 No gatherings of any size.
🚔 Army is on the streets fining/arresting people.
🚔 “Since March 21, a total of 193,740 spot checks have been conducted by police across Victoria.”
🚔 Protests/activism is illegal; people have already been arrested for peaceful gatherings.
🚔 Media is EXTREMELY biased, calls protesters “right wing conspiracy nutjobs” and won’t allow discussion of whether these lockdowns are right or not.

I don’t agree with his endorsement of Joe Biden, Biden is a ‘has been’ and is demonstrating the early signs of Dementia,  but I’m in total agreement with his summation of the current occupation of the Oval Office.
“I have a lot of vivid memories of growing up in Los Angeles in the 1940s, but one in particular keeps coming back to me today, in these troubled times. I remember sitting with my parents — actually, my parents were sitting; I was lying on the floor, the way kids do — and listening to President Franklin Delano Roosevelt talking to us over the radio. He was talking to the nation, of course, not just to us, but it sure felt that way. He was personal and informal, like he was right there in our living room.
I was too young to follow much of what he was saying — something about World War II. But what I did understand was that this was a man who cared about our well-being. I felt calmed by his voice. It was a voice of authority and, at the same time, empathy. Americans were facing a common enemy — fascism — and FDR gave us the sense that we were all in it together. Even kids like me had a role to play: participating in paper drives, collecting scrap metal, doing whatever we could do. That’s what it was like to have a president with a strong moral compass. It guided him, gave him direction, and helped him point the nation toward a better future.
Maybe this strikes you as simple nostalgia. I’ve got a touch of that, sure (who doesn’t right now?). But I’m too focused on the future to sit around pining for the old days. For me, the power of FDR’s example is what it says about the kind of leadership America needs — and can have again, if we choose it.
But one thing is clear: Instead of a moral compass in the Oval Office, there’s a moral vacuum. Instead of a president who says we’re all in it together, we have a president who’s in it for himself. Instead of words that uplift and unite, we hear words that inflame and divide. When someone retweets (and then deletes) a video of a supporter shouting “white power” or calls journalists “enemies of the state,” when he turns a lifesaving mask against contagion into a weapon in a culture war, when he orders the police and the military to tear gas peaceful protesters so he can wave a Bible at the cameras, he sacrifices — again and again — any claim to moral authority.
Another four years of this would degrade our country beyond repair. The toll it’s taking is almost biblical: fires and floods, a literal plague upon the land, an eruption of hatred that’s being summoned and harnessed, by a leader with no conscience or shame. Four more years would accelerate our slide toward autocracy. It would be taken as free license to punish more so-called “traitors” and wage more petty vendettas — with the full weight of the Justice Department behind them. Four more years would mean open season on our environmental laws. The assault has been ongoing — it started with abandoning the historic agreement that the world made in Paris to combat climate change, and continued, just last month, with using the pandemic as cover to let industries pollute as they see fit. Four more years would bring untold damage to our planet — our home.
America is still a world power. But in the past four years, it has lost its place as a world leader. A second term would embolden enemies and further weaken our standing with our friends.
When and how did the United States of America become the Divided States of America? Polarization, of course, has deep roots and many sources. President Donald Trump didn’t create all of our divisions as Americans. But he has found every fault line in America and wrenched them wide open.
Without a moral compass in the Oval Office, our country is dangerously adrift. But this November, we can choose another direction. This November, unity and empathy are on the ballot. Experience and intelligence are on the ballot. Joe Biden is on the ballot, and I’m confident he will bring these qualities back to White House.
I don’t make a practice of publicly announcing my vote. But this election year is different. And I believe Biden was made for this moment. Biden leads with his heart. I don’t mean that in a soft and sentimental way. I’m talking about a fierce compassion — the kind that fuels him, that drives him to fight against racial and economic injustice, that won’t let him rest while people are struggling.
As FDR showed, empathy and ethics are not signs of weakness. They’re signs of strength. I think Americans are coming back to that view. Despite Trump — despite his daily efforts to divide us — I see much of the country beginning to reunite again, the way it did when I was a kid. You can see it in the peaceful protests of the past several weeks — Americans of all races and classes coming together to fight against racism. You can see it the ways that communities are pulling together in the face of this pandemic, even if the White House has left them to fend for themselves.
