Maroubra has recently become a spiritual hub for freedom dancing and Sydney drumming in a no-drugs, no-alcohol open air socially-distanced environment on the Mistral Point rocks. Sydney Drumming identity CURT HANNAGAN also known as Curt Alchemy has led the spontaneous Tribe Fest crowds very well, but since the event attracted many onlookers, the police arrived and issued just one fine – a $1000 fine directly to Curt. 😁The Police have sent me a $1000 fine 😁
❤️As many of you are aware, over 200 people gathered in Maroubra to collectively share their heart beat and connection to one another in a form of musical celebration for the human race and mother earth on Sunday 16th August 2020.
❤️The reason why this gathering was created is that we have been divided for far too long over a virus with a 99% recovery rate.
❤Many people are feeling lonely, lost and left out of life having been instructed to stay inside, socially distance and wash their hands all day.
❤This is slowly destroying the spirit of the human race
❤We are having our rights and freedoms taken away from us over a virus with a 99% recovery rate.
❤I ask respectfully and harmoniously, if you stand strong for your rights, for your freedoms to celebrate life and for the sake of LIVING as a fellow human being then please donate any finances you can spare to this cause so we can pay the fine and move forward.
❤I have set a goal of $1500 because we would like to use extra funds to purchase new drums, instruments, fire wood, lighting etc and other miscellaneous items required to make future events bigger and better and also private.
❤I have 21 days to pay the fine, please donate when you can – it would mean so much to me, the tribe and for our rights to celebrate our freedoms, the way god intended us to do so.
❤The inspiration behind the event is to create a safe space for the PEOPLE to express, to allow us to sing our songs, to dance our energies and unite in oneness as the tribe of the human race from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds with no judgement to one another; simply love and acceptance.
